New Employee

Here's some exciting news. We've finally taken the leap, and my wife, Siân, has left her old job and will be joining the team in a few weeks, three days a week, to help the business run smoothly and take advantage of opportunities that have sat on the shelf for far too long.

Siân has been fulfilling your Kickstarter rewards and UK orders for the last 12 years! Siân and I recently celebrated our 19th wedding anniversary. Here's a photo from our wedding all those years ago.

The business is growing, but to support 2 people’s wages could be a challenge. So, if you’d like to add a little financial support to the project, why not consider becoming a Patron? It starts at just £1 a month and offers rewards like early access to comic pages and videos of the research that goes into creating the project.

Roman Oppression Playtest for Backers on TTS

All our cards are prepared and include artwork and statistics. All we need to do is finish the new rulebook, and we'll release the playtest to our backers on Tabletop Simulator! I know I've been saying it for a while, but this time we've sent some files to print a prototype, and we're ready to lock in those decisions (until it’s been tested).

KS Pledge Manager

Thanks so much if you're one of the 554 backers who supported our latest Kickstarter, especially those backing when we launched, helping us hit our goal in just 3 hours!

I've just sent out the pledge manager, where you can pay for shipping, provide your address, and add your name for a thank-you credit in the back of the Gospel of John.

: Make sure you fill in your name for the credit as soon as possible, or else you're going to miss the opportunity, as we need to get these put together in the next 10 days.

God willing, these rewards will be printed and arrive with us in January, and then begin to get sent out, arriving with you by the end of February (or earlier if you're in the UK )

Christmas Shopping

The Word for Word Bible Comics make a great gift at Christmas. We even have a Christmas Nativity book and a Christmas Nativity colouring book, which make ideal gifts or stocking fillers.

You'll also find our Christmas nativity hoodies and T-shirts (available worldwide).

Prayer Requests

Printing: Through November, we'll be creating all the print files for John and the Platinum Edition books. We're having them proofread again and compiled. Please pray this goes smoothly and that we don't make any mistakes. Misprints can be a real disaster, so please pray that the Lord's hand is upon it

Roman Oppression Development: As we head into our first round of playtesting by strangers, please pray that the game runs smoothly and we can make good corrections to make it work well.

What’s next: With the Gospel of John completed and the Roman Oppression game ready for playtesting, I'll be moving on to something new. At the moment, I don't know what it will be. As I plot, plan, and pray, please pray that the Lord would guide me onto the right path of which books to do next and when.
